Broken bathroom sink Sink in bathroom was broken. Problems with door card had to give us a different room. Shower had cracks. Air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Strong wifi

Disappointing I booked this hotel as close to airport and free shuttle service. When I checked in, upon enquiry I was told that shuttle has broken down and not in service. I ended up hiring Taxi 2 times with additional spend of 100 dollars which could have been avoided if management had arranged alternate shuttle. Good facilities and location

Bad I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service and conditions we experienced during our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport, located at 7625 E. Ben White Boulevard, Austin, TX 78741. While showering, paint chips began peeling from the molded ceiling and falling onto me. This is a serious health and safety concern, and the room should not have been in service until the necessary repairs were completed. Somewhat disappointed The a/c in the room did not work and the breakfast was not very good Location. Some of the staff was friendly not all of them

not good Roaches on floor. Shower would not turn on & was rusted on tile. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 & fire department showed up to turn it off. Lost an hour of sleep. location to airport

Booked for the airport shuttle, no shuttle No shuttle service available and no shuttle (when it is) available post 10pm. Staff at reception were lacklustre and unprofessional. Location is close to airport.

Comfortable until we saw the roaches. There were cockroaches that we found on our last night of a 7-day stay. They were alive and in a room on the second floor. The cost was just under $2000 for the week we were there and I did not think I was paying that much to stay in a hotel with cockroaches. The location was good and it was comfortable.
