Not terrible Dirty Smelled of usrine Water leaks Carpet old Night staff Bed
Dirty, unkept and overall very disappointing We stayed here about two years ago, it was great! This time around, the property is really rundown. The door to the bathroom didn’t even have the knobs. The tub was dirty, the walls had stains.
Very Poor The shower was hard to use, there was no toaster at the breakfast area, elevator was scary, keycards didn't work multiple times making me go to front desk, overall not good for the price paid. The bed was comfy. Good pillows.
Unsatisfactory and would never stay there again. The room was not clean. The staff was rude and the rooms were noisy.
A very exciting weekend and a comforting feeling of relief knowing my reservation is at a renowned hotel where I can get The maintenance of the building as well as the immediate landscaping around the property especially the pool area was not what I was expecting for such a prominent hotel company & I would be lying if I said I didn’t have several thoughts or urges about canceling my reservation and relocating to a different hotel with clean & inviting accommodations. Overall met expectations The only thing was the elevator was broke. Location was good breakfast was decent.

Fair After completing the forms before arrival I still waited a long time to check in. Then I was told there were issues with the system and the information did not arrive prior to check-in. At check-in I was told that the 5:00 AM shuttle was full and so I was put on the shuttle list for 5:30. Arriving at the desk by 5:20 we were informed the shuttle driver was not there and I had to wait for another driver to be called. Not what you want to hear after spending the money to stay near the airport to avoid stress.
