Excellent Hotel Hotel was nice and quiet except when the planes flew. This never bothers me so it wasnt an issue. Nice 37"LCD TV's in room. Layout was big and roomy.
Great short stay in Austin We couldn't find any hotels in Austin area due to Texas Relays and some other events going on. Suddenly, there was La Quinta by the airport and we thought it was close enough to the city. We had a boxer dog with us and as soon as we entered the hotel we found it clean, modern, new, stylish and friendly (pet and human friendly). Also, rooms are beautiful, quite spacy and luxurious. For the price you get a great hotel experience with superb quality.
Does the trick Wish that Expedia let these guys print you a complete receipt showing price to make expense reports easier. Outside of that- it'll do just fine when you can't stay in downtown Austin.
New Rooms are great! I think the construction activity caused some loss in the overall rating. The rooms are very nice and modern. LCD TV is a nice touch. I would recommend some HD Programming though to enhance the overall stay. If it weren't for the construction, I would rate it a 4. I would return to experience the stay again after the construction is over.
Good for airport hotel The hotel is being updated. The room was excellent. Very modern with great bedding, nice TV and furniture. Contemporary design. Lobby OK (not updated yet),I did not have any breakfast but looked like the usual. Front desk clerk on check in was very nice. I was only there one night for an early flight out, location close to airport.
Good hotel near airport Rather expensive for a La Quinta, but apparently not for Austin. Located very close to airport, and only a short drive downtown. Large, clean room with a nice broadband set-up and a large flat-panel tv, too.
Clean, Good Value, Great Sleep As with all the La Quintas I 've stayed at, the service is great, the rooms clean, the bed comfortable. Better than average hotel, the room featured high-speed internet access, a comfy king size bed, and large, clean bathroom. Complimentary continental breakfast is always welcome to get off to a fast start.
Good clean comfortable Hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The name (La Quinta Inn) implies that it'll be an Inn, but it shows off like a much hotel. Nice entrance, nice pool, plus good service. the computer room was *VERY* handy since i needed some print outs at the last minute.
Delightful hotel The front desk receptionist was very helpful, the breakfast had a lot of variety and self cook waffles, and the pool was clean and sparkling. We really appreciated the internet access and even wirless in the spacious lobby.
