Poor Pool was closed to construction. The elevator was out of order. The back outside evaluator get stuck with people in it. Close sport venue.

property at a great location but staff should be train better to deal with clients the first room that I was placed 303 didn’t work for me when I took a shower the water came out the tub then I was changed to room 313 which the fire alarm system wasn’t working. the staff is horrible the fire alarm sounded at 4 am twice called the office lobby and the rep stated she doesn’t know what to do with that situation. then she returned my called and told me to take of the battery myself I told her that if I fall it will be on her beh... read more
Disappointing Remodeling not notified when asked if pool and hot tub was open on the phone in advance.
horrible horrible horrible. The room was filthy. There was hair in the bed, hair in the shower. There was trash left in the room and dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty and stained we wouldn’t walk on it without shoes on. The refrigerator was very dirty as well. nothing. it was messy both inside and out
have always been pleased the numerous times we’ve stayed. not so much this time. poop not cleaned up on the breezeway to the room, hair in the bathtub, roaches dogs allowed, continental breakfast

so so the fridge in the room leaked and the carpet felt nasty because it was wet
Bad The rooms were filthy The keys to the room didn’t work After an hour they gave me another room which was so nasty and the carpet full of stains. The lock from inside did not work. Just a terrible place to stay Nothing
