Disappointed. The door to get in from the outside stopped working, knob fell off of the shower, water was randomly shut off without warning. Since there wasn’t running water I asked for a refund. I was told ok the manager will do it. no other explanation on how long or when or given anything to show proof of my request. I had to keep asking questions to get the information. I’m just hoping a refund will come.
Stains and small insects Staff was busy doing personal things took a while for them to notice us at the front. Had another guest behind me waiting as well. Multiple stains on comforter and dead insects on floor. Room had a unpleasant smell. Only positive about this stay was the location
Is ok.. Internet access very slow, bathtub to tall no grab handle, no christian channel television such aTBN or Daystar, no inside elevator. Asking towel to housekeeping spanis woman,(no speak english) she said: " go to the front desk"before giving me one. And I said "what"? I never go to front desk to asking towel. Location

dirty and in good environment we stayed 3 nights and each days had different experiences, started from early morning fight next door and air conditioning leaked next day faulty fire alarm!! very good breakfast and kind staffs to service you!
