Nobody can do anything about complain Bugs /insects, in the bed, little roaches on the floor. Changed rooms and new room a little better ; but still killed a couple of roaches on the floor Location, appearance.

Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in Everything Nothing
Don't stay here The air conditioner was broken. The room and grounds were run down and dirty. Air conditioner did not work. It was 100 degrees in Austin that day. No other rooms were available. Maintenence could not come until the next day. We had to leave and find another hotel. The room lock was broken. The room and grounds were just run down.
Bad The rest of the staff were rude. We stayed for 3days and 2nights and they told us they did not have any clean towels. Had to reuse the only two towels that were already in the room when we got there. Ridiculous. Breakfast was atrocious, absolutely disgusting. The juice was watered down. The eggs were dry. The breakfast sausage was not cooked right. They did not have much fruit to choose from. The bananas were still green. The floors in the room were also dirty.
