This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a hotel. After attending a concert Sat night we got back to the hotel and our room key didn't work. It was 12:00am and I had 2 teenage girls with me who had to eat their food in the hall bc there was no front desk person. We waited 1 1/2 hours for someone to come help us get a new key. There were 4 other people with the same problem. Then both mornings little hispaic kids that I believe live at the hotel continued to run up and down the hall and I called the front de... read more
Sucio y Personal deficientes El personal no atiende ni responde a indicaciones de limpieza del cuarto. Pésimo servicio al huésped No me gustó nada del alojamiento, nunca en 4 noches me pusieron una sola toalla limpia
Poor I switched rooms because the tv was broken and ac was leaking water into the room. Had problems with key card on doors for both rooms. The staff that checked me out had a horrible attitude.
Poor There was a sock in the hallway and an odor in the room.
Disaster Spiders on the bed bugs everywhere , mold on the ceilings . Dirty mattress , had to change rooms because no refund .
Poor maintenance The walls were dirty and the window shades were broken. The breakfast was decent
