Bad The rooms were not clean, and the beds had tons of stains on them. We ended up not staying at the hotel at all. The rooms were not clean, and the beds had tons of stains on them. We ended up not staying at the hotel at all.

Poor Had to wait30 minutes to check in, wifi problem. Wifi was in and out. First room I was given, Room 226, the floor was really wet, air conditioner leaking. Second room was all the way at the end of hall. I am a 74 year old woman traveling with oxygen and requested a room near front or elevator. Bed was not very comfortable and squeaked, (room 237)

Do not recommend for a stay. The front desk was rude and did not have the knowledge or awareness of what was going on in the hotel. The rooms were nasty and not clean. It reeked of someone smoking cigarettes and other things. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The pictures online are completely misleading. I felt bamboozled.

Fair Alot of the items were out of service and the halls reeked of cigarette smoke. Matteress was flimsy The bathtub!!!

Disappointed Check in was more complicated than it should of been. Lady couldn't find my booking, when she did. She had mistakenly given it to someone else. I was given a different room. I make it to the room door with all my bags just to have my key not work. Im pretty sure the room was occupied already. Walk back to front desk with a hot humid lobby after a long day is very frustrating. When I finally make to my room the only good thing was the ac was on. Horrible and dirty. The room gad blood on the walls, handrails are rusted out, door handles broke and the electrical shorted out in the room as soon as you turned on the microwave. Asked for a new room, that one was just as bad and the desk clerk stated everyone had complained about the electrical. If we could have canceled and moved hotels that night we would have. Wasn't worth paying for. The loctaion.

The stay was alright i wish it was more cleaner and more upkept. This is one i visit frequently and recently there has a The floors and tub were not properly cleaned the tv kept messing up i walked a little bit and could feel stuff on the floor and my feet were pretty dirty. The bed frame and mattress sunk in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable i had to sleep on the other end. Plug wouldnt stay in the outlet had to wrap my cord around lamp that parts kept falling off The location

Probably will never choose stay or recommend Dirty and stained towels, tub drained extremely slow, needs some remodeling Bed and room was semi clean
