Decent with clean facility. Better front desk staff and more responsive shuttle service. Called three times and was hung up on once. Standard breakfast as at any other facility. Room was clean but had very poor lighting. Room location was poor as you should not place patrons with walking disabilities in a room that was the last one at the end of the hall and farthest from entrance and amenities. Not my favorite hotel Personal not helpful, cold water, keys on side doors do not work, nobody to help port luggage, shuttle drivers rude. Rooms are ok

Typical La Quinta: clean comfortable facility, but poor shuttle service and no chairs in the room. Shuttle service took a very long time to pick up. There were no chairs in the room to sit on. Clean room, friendly staff.

Average stay, difficult communication when it comes to the ETA of the shuttle. The free shuttle service was a mess due to understaffing and bad communications. Following the shuttle request instructions provided in an auto reply message, we waited for 30 mins at the “courtesy van” area at the airport and sadly the free airport shuttle never arrived.
