An hour on shuttle from airport. Room was VERY dark. Need to update lighting!! Room was very dark!!!
Dissatisfied Shower door would not stay shut, water did not get very warm, the iron was broken amd extremely loud above us and called guest services amd nothing was done. We have stayed here a lot but not sure I would come back. Convenient to airport

Poor The hotel room only has one small light by the bedside. It it’s not enough light to light the room. Quite silly actually as it would not cost Anything to put another light in. Location. Price.
Seemed like a great place to stay probably won’t be back due to the employee at the front desk. One of the ladies at the front was rude on more than one occasion and not helpful with accommodations. The water in the shower was scolding hot and no in between. The room next to me was extremely loud and screaming past midnight. Did not feel comfortable calling the front desk due to the employee being rude and not helpful earlier in the night. The location was close to the airport and offered breakfast. The staff tried, the owners of this hotel failed. The lamp had a buzzing noise in it. The front desk said they do in every room but that most guests just unplug it. The shuttle bus was dirty. The shower didn’t work so I had to take a bath out of the faucet in the tub. Beds were clean, room was clean
