Fair Lack of lighting, bed comfort Location
Disappointed in room No house keeping So the room was very dark. Not enough lighting and the bathroom at night had small baby roaches.

Facilities and all were good, just a few staff made it feel unwelcoming. Staff not that friendly or helpful. Not all just three. Check in and two of the female staff that worked a night shift. The breakfast was good.

Horrible. What a disastrous administration. Stay away. The fact that the staff is irresponsible. I got there and nobody was at the counter. Just a sign saying Sorry for the Inconvenience. I called many numbers and the phone at the desk rang. Then I called reservations and customer service and nobody could help. There were lots of people there stranded waiting. Very bad experience We were sent to rooms with people already in them three times and was told we would get some money back or a refund. We sent an email to the manager and heard nothing back Location was near the airport and shuttle transportation was provided
