Fair There was no insulation in the adjoining door. I could hear the other room that was adjoined to mine talking late at night & early morning. It was loud enough to hear the words! Employees were very nice. The property was very clean. Loved the courtyard!

Fair The shuttle service doesn't make sense. Stood outside waiting for the shuttle for over an hour only to find out that it circled me 3 times and I didn't even know it. The fourth time it came around, the driver came out and asked me where I was going, and I said to La Quinta NORTH, and he said "this is your shuttle, you should've been on this awhile ago" and I told him that when I called La Quinta and inquired about what shuttle am I looking out for, they told me to wait for a white shuttle, that said NORTH on it, and it ... read more

Close to the airport. Gym was closed without previous notice. Hotel was unresponsive to booking.com messages. Gym was closed; hotel did not respond to my booking messages Close to the airport

We were stranded at 1am at DFW. Because the shuttle failed to show up we had to reserve at a another hotel.

Will never stay again! Looks as if it’s being remodeled. Didn’t have but one working lamp in the room. Ask to have the other light checked on, no one never came. Couldn’t even look in the room mirror due to low visibility. Had one set of towels at check in. Asked for more towels took literally two hours to get them. The coffee pot/ice bucket were on a shelf right next to the bath room. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was horrible. Only one working waffle skillet. The toaster was broken. I would not recommend at all The room was dark, with no light point other than the bedside lamps. The lamps were emitting a constant buzz noise. I had my room changed and the new room had the same issue, so I had to unplug all lamps. The one on the desk was broken. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, especially at night. The stomping was also an issue Easily accessible from the highway, generous complimentary breakfast
