Ok The whole Hotel was under a Remodel Construction Zone. I received an Email 3 days prior to our Arrival that they were Remodeling and we were not Offered any Options to Cancel FOR FREE and stay someplace else or Anything to Compensate US. The Breakfast could have been better and had more Options.

Spät angekommen, etwas kompliziert, den Shuttle anzufordern, dort nur Warten draußen in der Kälte möglich Eine einzige Baustelle. Lobby nicht benutzbar. Der Preis, der Shuttle Service war okay

Pésima El hotel estaba en remodelación y construcción No nos avisaron esa situación con lo cual no había gimnasio , estaba lleno de obreros trabajando El personal de recepción no era idóneo salvo Andrea Fuera del hotel no hay ningún lugar cerca para cenar El servicio de transfer es gratuito solamente ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, no tiene servicio de transfer a otros lugares a menos de 10 millas ( está mal hecha la publicación) Desayuno 5 puntos Estuvimos 2 noches y nunca nos hicieron la limpieza en la habitación Soy viajero f... read more

Bad When they sent a text sayng thank you for your reservation they said they were under rennovation. Made it sound like a small renovation. But boy are they under rennovation. There basically was no lobby and when we got off the elevator to go to our room it was like a war zone. Ceiling tiles gone, construction mess on floor. We just turned around and went and checked out. Never got to room! Nothing

Disappointed The room needed some repairs. Doors didn’t shut properly. Light switch beside bed was dodgy. Price should be reduced significantly due to renovations. Too far from restaurants. The staff were friendly.

Bad Hotel under construction without notifying us of such. WiFi did not work. Breakfast is being served in a construction site. Gym and pool were closed. Staff was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. They even refused to call a taxi, apparently because the phone at the reception was out of order. Never again - stay away from this hotel!
