Horrendous We were not told the property was under major renovation. No reception area. Serious safety issue on our floor that all fire safety items including sprinklers, smoke detectors and sounders were all taped up. Corridors littered with painters equipment. We would have stayed somewhere else had we been forewarned. The bed was comfy

En plena reforma (necesaria) a precio de nuevo Hotel en plena reforma con todo por hacer a precio de reformado en perfecto estado. Habitaciones ruidosas, limpieza con reserva el día anterior (sin sentido) y personal no muy servicial Colchón cómodo y terraza agradable

Bad The place is being renovated, dust, construction debris everywhere. Also the shuttle from DFW was a one hour ordeal, long wait and plenty confusion

The location was great but I would have preferred not to stay at a hotel under construction. They were doing a makeover and it was very chaotic and loud. Many areas were torn up and not very nice looking. Our room appeared to be partially remodeled and not done very neatly. We were woken up during the night by noises in the hallway that sounded like workers spackling or painting. It was close to the airport for easy access on the day of departure.

Pleasant experience. It was in the middle of renovation with a lot of dust and noise. I was on the first floor and the dust exacerbated my COPD. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

No volveria La atención en el front desk, tuvimos que tomar un taxi porque nunca aparecio el traslado. Muy flojo el desayuno. La ubicación y la habitación cumpliendo el objetivo de hotel cercano al aeropuerto.
