Disappointing The sheets didn’t look clean. Requested new sheets but had to change them ourselves. The tv didn’t work. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The shuttle van was filthy and had to sit in a broken seat. It was easy to get to and the hotel lobby seemed decently clean. In the renovating process.

Very disappointing Elevator didn't work. Had to carry suitcases up stairs Television totally incomprehensible. could not select channel with supplied remote control

Je ne réserverai plus cet hôtel à cause de la navette. Aucun restaurant aux alentours. Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif. Chambre qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation initiale. Deux lits simples à la place de deux lits doubles. Matelas durs. La Navette de l’aéroport peut être comparée à une «POUBELLE ROULANTE», sale, vétuste, inadmissible. Proche de l’aéroport. Chambre spacieuse. Jolie piscine.

No es bonito mentir Que me hubieran mentido. Entiendo lo de las políticas, pero que me mandarán un email que no me podrían apoyar en mover la fecha, diciendo que no había disponible, cuando si había, se me hizo desleal. Nada porque no me dieron la oportunidad de conocerlo

Thank you for your response but you were trying to modify a reservation in which the policy clearly stipulates all cancellations/modification procedures. A new reservation could have been booked by you, but we were unable to modify the existing reservation.

room was clean easy access to airports but unhappy overall.. staff was not really accommodating and cgarged double from staff, the services with concierge and no house keeping location
