Bad I asked for a free cancellation of the room weeks before. No goodwill was shown and I was charged the full price of the unused room. This is very customer unfriendly, poor service. ---

Convenient access to DFW The hotel just didn’t feel inviting or feel like a welcoming place. The hallways were hot and didn’t smell like somewhere we wanted to be. Conveniently close to DFW. The shuttle service ran on time.

THE STAY WAS A 2!!! THE LINEN HAD ME Itzc The staff!! I check out a whole day before my check out day ON THE 10?I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE DIFFERENCE!!! It was in a good area

I will not stay there again. I was given the wrong key. Then I was given a key to an occupied room. There was a giant cock roach in the hall I stepped on. I have been charged twice for this room.

I'll not use this facility again because I can’t rely on their promised transportation I chose the facility based on its proximity to DFW and its promise of transportation from the airport. The shuttle didn’t arrive. After waiting over an hour (at midnight) and repeated calls to the hotel I paid an exhorbitant charge to a sketchy driver to take me there. Arriving at DFW at midnight needing a good night’s sleep and not getting to sleep until 2:00 am is unacceptable and ruined the whole experience.

I'll never stay here again I added a night to my original reservation that was non refundable. Upon the addition, I was told i could cancel my reservation if i needed up to 2 days before and not be charged. When I called to do so, because my trip had been canceled, I was informed I still had to pay for the 1 night I had booked through booking.com. Even though I was told Dodgeville upon the reservation booking. They would not honor their employees statement. So I had to pay for a night that I was never there. I will not stay ... read more

Not good service including the manager! Security on the parking lot. Someone stool my Catalytic converter from my truck. I did not it breakfast. I hade an early flight

Bad The hotel was very outdated and needs a major renovation for almost $200 a night I was disappointed!
