We slept on the floor at the airport, because there was no shuttle service, and no answer at the La We didn’t stay there we paid $103. I spoke to the manager he would not refund my money when I called at midnight for the shuttle service. Nobody answered so I figured nobody was there. We slept on the floor at the airport.

I will only remember the lovely receptionist who is wasted in that hotel it was just a wreck and even the pool wasn’t working. Old tired and not up to basic standard The lovely woman on reception who was a diamond

Disappointing There was construction being done and none of the staff alerted us that the water was going to be shut off. They said an hour but it was longer the next day I turned the water on and it was brown and me and my daughter couldn’t shower Staff was friendly

I hate DFW not the property.. the shuttle service was scary and sucked under renovation…

Lack of care by reception and the shuttle totally unreliable. Had to take Uber eventually The courtesy shuttle was a disaster. After a long 15 hour flight i had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle and finally gave up and caught an uber to the hotel. I kept calling the hotel receptionist to be told they will be there soon. Noone told me the van does not have the name of the hotel on it. It was such a terrible experience.
