Not planning to stay at a La Quinta again No internet, electricity in room didn’t work and we couldn’t charge any devices, tv in the room kept cutting out. The front of the building was under construction and looked pretty bad. We were told that lightning had struck the building and was causing problems. We felt as if this should’ve been made clear prior to our check-in, so that we could opt to choose for another facility. Location near DFW

Not adequate support for an airport hotel Horrible hotel for an airport hotel. I asked for a wake up call and was informed that they don't provide this service. Worse still, the alarm clock provided in the room was a cube and I couldn't figure out how to work it. When I checked in the gal at the front desk was eating pizza. I called down for help and she told me she was working the desk and wasn't free to assist me. Won't stay there again. BTW doesn't really have a shuttle, just shares one with other hotels. Fair Shuttle bus condition was rough - one shuttle bus for like 8 different hotels??, wear and tear on drapes, breakfast ends at 9am sharp. Beds, a/c, breakfast

Screwed over by the shuttle. The hotel promotes their shuttle to and from the airport, which you must call the hotel to schedule once you are at the shuttle pick up. I landed at 8:00 pm and called the hotel as soon as I was there. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and ended up hanging up and calling back two more times before anyone answered. it was over priced for that hotel and we paid for area the staff was lazy and she was the manager they had not clean towels the rooms itself smelt old and the corners in the bathroom were black because of dirt area
