Clean except for the few cockroaches There was no sign to give the idea that the door leading to the courtyard wasn't supposed to be opened but when I opened it, it ripped out some seal. And it wouldn't deadbolt after that. Also we saw a few cockroaches during our stay The beds were comfortable and they kept everything well mopped and all that. It was well cleaned.

Disappointing
would pay double to stay elsewhere had to get room key reactivated daily. lady that ran the breakfast was very grumpy. front desk team was rude. location to airport and the shuttle drivers were great.

the lady at the front desk charged us to stay there after we had already paid through booking.com. she charged us $70 mo

Bad The staff charged me an extra 243 and some change that came out of my account and I needed that money for my trip. I had to go uber to make extra money and another person staying at the hotel heard my problem and luckly blessed us with 200 cash. Had they just charged us the normal 50 dollar incidental this would have never have happened and we would not have had to work on our trip. The breakfast was good.
