Okay Outdated rooms Close to DFW airport
Fine Shuttle bus arrangements on arrival did not exist and we didn't know how to contact the hotel, not having access to a US cell phone. We eventually did a deal with another van driver who took us there for US$20.
Good The breakfast was terrible. And on our 2nd morning there, the water heaters were being replaced with no warning, and no offer of any kind of refund for the inconvenience. The courtyard the window looks out to us beautiful
Sad we did not get reimbursed for our taxi no on told us the schuttle closed at 11pm My mistake see above in what I liked. I put my disappointment in the like box. We were stranded in Toronto, Canada due to airport closures. We were on our way to Memphis. We booked a room based on the fact that when we got to the airport there would be a complementary schuttle from the airport to your hotel. No choice for transit Shuttle to pick up needs a call and it operates hourly. So I had to wait for 40 minutes at the airport. Room is very noisy as it faces to main road. Price against location, near the airport.

Depressing end to a vacation I picked this hotel for the hotel shuttle to the airport. Turns out it does not run after 11 pm so had to take an uber which was quite expensive for a couple mile drive. Breakfast facilities used styrofoam cups and had non dairy creamer. The room was just downright depressing though large, decently lit and the bed (though not the pillows) comfortable enough. Bathroom also large and well lit.
