Not satisfied and will not be staying again. The room smelled musty, sheets were itchy. carpets stained, shower head fell off, etc. Overall not to standards of cleanliness. I could have stayed in a motel and paid less for this type of service. The location was close to where I was going.

Fair beds, and pillows unconfortable. Heat made loud noise, we could not sleep!

Terrible See above They broke my luggage wheel and refused to do anything about it saying that the airline was responsible. Thank goodness a clerk proposed to glue back my wheel for temporary repair . This place used to be great. Not any more

Fair Mancanza di acqua calda in bagno, navetta per aeroporto solo ogni ora, carta di credito ricaricabile inspiegabilmente non accettata dal loro sistema. Non siamo stati informati su possibilità di fare una veloce colazione anche alle 5 del mattino, usufruendo di un piccolo buffet di fronte alla reception. Posizione rispetto all’aeroporto

Poor Limpieza. Elevadores muy viejos al parecer sin mantenimiento. No tenias mas sábanas ni toallas la calefacción demasiado ruidosa. El desayuno

Okay Need renovation, way too expensive for what it is Close to the airport

Ok Shuttle service pathetic.Transportation only within 5 miles free,but when requested most of the time shuttle service not available due to airport pick up or drop. No experienced Front desk personnel around,except for a lady named Rosalind.Maintenace is fine and so is HK.The hotel requires more staffing,cost cutting not worth it, if even one guest is dissatisfied.

DFW Airport passengers are our main priority. I am sorry that your experience was not positive and will be speaking with our front desk staff today.
