Very Poor Booked for 2 x a and 3 x children. Arrived later in the day with tired family only to be told they dont actually accommodate 5 in a room even though my booking confirmation showed it did. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Nothing at all.

A few problems with the room this time that made it uncomfortable. The shower was cold. The heat in the room didn’t work well. Everything good as normal for the most part.
