Training needed for “people skills!” My low score for staff ONLY APPLIES TO THE MAN AT THE DESK WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE when I called from the airport for the shuttle pick up. The rest of the staff was most helpful. It took several minutes for him to even answer the phone(you need an answering service) and then he was rude, and because I was upset he threatened to cancel my reservation. Okay White bedding was stained with blood... or something worse. Breakfast was just so-so... but the coffee was excellent. Very close to freeways and just a short hop to DFW airport.

Worst Experience at a LaQuinta No Wi-Fi, drove around DFW for an hour and half before shuttle went to hotel, card for room didn't work, paid for a deluxe room and no toiletries, The bed was comfortable.

Bad sleep. When I booked the reservation it was for 3 adults and 2 children. We were given a room with 2 full beds, no sofa pull out, no cot. When I asked about it I was told there weren't anymore cots and the lady at the front desk didn't seem interested in helping. Sleeping was cramped and uncomfortable, although the room was nice. Also, the walls are thin enough to hear the alarms go off in the next rooms. Nice room, air conditioned well.
