Extremely Poor. Extremely Great The services of the evening check in staff was very poor. First I traveled alone. The shuttle driver assisted the 5 White people before assisting me with my luggage. Thus I had to wait in line to check in. I my wait was further delayed after the staff finished checking in the whites, she got on the phone and talked endlessly. Ok once you got there. the shuttle service to and from the airport was terrible. First of all you have to wait an inordinate amount of time for some one to answer the phone. Then she asked where I was and I told her. After 20 minutes I called back and she said the driver had not seen me. Why didn't he call, they asked for my phone number. Turns out I was supposed to stand elsewhere (about 50 feet from where I was). It was hot and humid and the reason I was even there was because my flight home was cancelled. Helt grei overnatting ved Dallas flyplass Frokosten var ikke den beste. Vi bodde her er en natt i transit på vei til Mexico. Rent, pent og stort rom. Hyggelig betjening.

Disappointing De los 4 dias que me aloje, 1 no hicieron limpieza de la habitacion, luego de llamar al servicio de habitacion nunca tuve ninguna respuesta ni explicacion. La calidad de la comida del desayuno mala. No fue posible estacionar el vehiculo por dos noches en el parqueadero del hotel. Varios huespedes lo hicimos en el hotel vecino
