Terrible Because the staff was not helpful they had attitude, the maids never came in to clean, it was very stuffy and dirty in the rooms the first room smelt like pee and I switched then the second room did not smell any better. There was dog poop in the elevator and no one cleaned it up. It was not comfortable at all.
Okay but not worth 200 for a night. I can’t believe I paid that much for how hott it was in our room The hott room. The room temperature was so warm and uncomfortable it was cooler n the hallway than in our room. Although there is a thermostat in the room… you cannot change the temp. It states 71 but it was not.

Bad Awful experience ... We needed a room for one night for a family members funeral service & I Booked room through booking.com on May 14, 2021, & even tho it stated on the booking site pay when arrive the hotel insisted we pay in advance or they would cancel our reservation and charge me $125 anyways, they called me 3 times during funeral service, demanding we pay now. Also they staff was rude, inconsiderate, & to top it off our room wasnt vacuumed properly and in the bathroom there was pubic hair in and around tub and sin... read more

They don’t clean the rooms everyday, they say they only clean them every 3 days so nobody came to clean our Ron during o Lack of cleaning and the difficulty of getting a cab or transportation to the airport ir anywhere else
Paper Thin Walls We stayed two nights and every night we were awaken by our third floor guests. We stayed in the second floor and we could hear the people to our left, right, and above. Back to the third floor, we were awaken both nights at about 2am with stomping, yelling, laughing, and music/ television being played very loudly. We complained but to no avail. Worst sleep ever. Breakfast was decent and staff was helpful.
Disappointing I paid bookings and wasnt mentioned before I had to extra $100.00 to be able to stay. Service desk said I had to pay. Totally not fair at all. None
