Very Poor This hotel lied and said I did not have reservations and wanted to charge me double the price .
Disappointing The first room I was in the carpet was soaked, moved me to a room and it had a smell like mildew, someone knocked on the door and he said no thank you and they opened the door anyway asking for dirty towels, said they would bring some back never got them. Upon checking In had to wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. The location I needed

I've definitely stayed in worse! There were no options to get an early check-in Manager was above and beyond helpful
Good What bothered me the most is I have been charged 3 times for the room. Also I was emailed a price I was going to be charged and they charged me their rate for the night. Which bothers me the most of all the issues on the financial side of this. So I'd greatly appreciate my nearly 261 and some change be returned to my account within a timely manor! Friendly faces

ANYWHERE ELSE Very loud, with slamming doors & what sounded like wrestling hippos all around. Paper thin walls, hear every bump & grind all nite. Took 3 flushes to clear the toilet. Housekeeping overlooked coffee, T.P., & towel replacement. Front desk had to take the lead & replace missing items. Overall not a good value. Comfortable bed. Free cookie in the afternoon... LOL...It was a good one!
Overpriced for type of hotel. The hallways smelled like old musty cigarettes Plumbing was loud Beds and pillows were comfortable
Stay was wonderful customer service was the worst I originally reserved for nights unfortunately I was in an accident on July 4 and had to cancel that night they assured me that the rest of my reservation was still intact when I arrived at the hotel that was not the case I had to pay double the price almost So that was very disappointing very poor service the front desk contacted the manager on duty she wouldn’t authorize the rate I was amazed at the customer service terrible terrible terrible would not return just because o... read more
