Exceptional Why is the toilet paper holder so far from the toilet? You just about fall off the toilet trying to reach it. Not good for an older person.

Exceptional My card was charged prior to my parents arriving and they paid cash and I still have not received my money back nor did my parents receive a receipt. I don't think that was right that I was charged twice basically.
Excellent staff, great accommodations for a fair price. We needed a place to stay through the night because of an early flight leaving next morning and I was pleasantly surprise by the friendly staff and the hotel as if that wasn't enough I unfortunately left a personal item behind and they were kind enough to send it back by mail. Overall I would definitely recommend it.
