Exceptional Only thing is the hotel called me on the day of arrival to confirm my reservation with another cc but I was busy at work . I called back an hour later to confirm and they cancelled my reservation after multiple attempts to reach them before actually reaching someone and the line being busy. Thankfully Jr reserved me another but had to get a king room with pull out soda instead of what I originally requested which means he just cancelled me to free up the room for someone else. Never again Breakfast was a nightmare. There was water on our bathroom floor and that looked like globs of exfoliant on the shower curtain. The bed was awful. The pool was nice and the lobby was well kept.
Unhappy customer! When I arrived to check in, I was told that they would not except my credit card because it did not have a chip. I let her know my card had two months before it expires and then I would be issued a new card. I even offered to contact the CC company to verify who I was and I gave her ID. I asked her what do people do in this case because I am a long way from home and I am on vacation. She said well most people pay cash when they stay at a hotel. Pleasant You have to have a debit/credit card with a chip-if you don’t have one, be prepared to pay with cash. The front desk is not friendly about this at all. Very new property
DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. Late night front desk told me I can extend and I could do it the next morning before 12:00.So I waited wrong move.They sold my room and wouldn't extend my stay.P.O.ed at myself and them.So don't slip up like I did if you want to extend. Do it right away. Close to Lone Star Pkwy.
Fair My family drove from Louisiana to Texas for a mini vacay to visit some family and friends, we booked at La Quinta for sat-mon before arriving to the hotel they called and asked when will we arrive? So my response was I’m not sure and they asked again well am I going to be arriving late right ?
