Close to where I wanted but bad customer service and dirty rooms Room was dirty and the sheets were dirty. We asked for a king with a sofa bed and got 2 standard beds instead. Room was a lot smaller than I expected.
How you make people feel goes a long way. So I probably won’t book with LaQuinta again. They told me they wouldn’t hold my room because I had to cancel my debt card (do to online theft) and couldn’t give another card due to driving. Staff was unwilling to hold room and uncaring about the situation. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t canceled. But I didn’t need the stress while I was driving there.

Dirty la quinta We had stains on the sheets, hair and soap residue in the shower. Shower floor was dirty. Booked for 2 nights left and went to other hotel. It looked nice outside I guess
