Bad Price was close to $200 a night because of Cowboys game. Excessive noise to almost 3 AM. Constant loud sounds. No way to sleep. Complained to staff with no compensation. Will not stay here again.

Pleasant They took a pre-authorization charge out the same day we were checking in AND then charged us when we got there. So now I have to wait on $200 to come back to my account. I know a lot of hotels do this. But I thought this one did when I reserved it. I just think it would make more sense to NOT do it the SAME day as checkin and then charge them again when they get there. Seems pointless to me. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Pleasant THEY CHARGED MY CARD 4 X to hold the Room, then Charged when I arrived told her and they credited the DOUBLE CHARGE...Then CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!! Ridiculous Clean
Ok Upon arrival, the young girl that checked me in was not interested in being at work. Obviously, she was the one I spoke with when I was having problems getting there due to the road closures. I drove around for over 30 minutes, which could have been avoided if she would have a put in a little effort to reach out and ask for help in order to help a paying customer The bathroom and bedroom cracks and crevices were extremely dirty. The stay was okay. Your employees should better explain your authorization policy and that the guest's credit card or debit card will be charged. The breakfast was great but the location of the hotel was far to from everything.
Moderate stay Doubled the charges at booking and at checkin. One dropped off after a couple of days. Location
Poor Door was hanging off in the entrance! It was embarrassing! The walls are paper thin! The showers are plastic and make creek noises Looks new on the outside
