It was good and if I come back to Dallas, I would contact again for my stay. Shower water pressure was very poor. Floor in bathroom had soft spots. Staff were very personable and professional.
Not good We didn’t like the fact that the rooms get cleaned every 3days. Front desk staff told us they would clean it if we paid extra, that is totally unacceptable to us. We have never ever been in a hotel/motel that does that. I have notified my family and friends of this, just to make them aware of how you run the hotel. We will not stay there again.
Been at cheaper motels with better choices Pillows, tv channels, bathroom. Staff were fantastic Breakfast was ok, not sure about the coffee cups!! Mattress was good but the pillow were so uncomfortable!! Room was massive, bathroom needs a good scrub. Tv channel were rubbish, not a lot of choice of channels, need updating.

problems Major screw ul on reservation with booking.com and hotel. we ended up paying $100 more for our 2 rooms then originally cost. charged $10 for a soft drink and candy bar. saw the price list next day at checkout should of been $6. the rooms were great!

Disappointing
I was taken advantage of by your establishment you took $441.14 from my account for no reason. I didn’t like being robbed from your establishment. I wasn’t able to enjoy my time because I was too busy focusing on my account because you all charged my account $441.14 two days in a row. This after I just paid over $2,100 for only 13 days. I DIDNT LIKE MY STAY 1. the elevators STOPPED WORKING HAD MY SONS AND GRANDBABIES WALIKING 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. I DID NOT LIKE THAT PERIODT. I COULD NOT SLEEP PEOLPE OVER OUR HEADS WAS MAKING SO MUCH NOISE WE COULDNT GET ANY REST. the breakfast and staff thats it!!!
