HOT MESS OF A STAY!!! REPLACE BEDS!! 🤬 Took forever to get my invoice and damage deposit back due to employees (2), playing games with my check out! I should been checked out at 11:15am when I asked her to but it got done AFTER I called telling her to do it asap and that was 12:45pm!!! Sad because good customer service is EVERYTHING when dealing with the public as a income!!! No customers, no income!! Clean the shower heads please n thank you!

Disappointing I wanted to extend the stay for a couple of days. However, the manager proposed a different price (very higher price), which was much higher than the price announced in the booking app. Even though I discussed that matter with the reception staff, they didn't facilitate that issue. That part was very disappointing in the hotel management.. The facility was good.

Location The breakfast gravy was too watery no oatmeal biscuits too hard sausage cooked too long,, room service didn’t get no coffee in the breakfast area during the day Breakfast was ok, greatful

Noisy but still a good stay There were kids up all night into the morning above my room keeping us up most of the night into the morning. Staff talked to them twice and they still didn’t listen. Location and everyone is very nice.
