Good My room smelt like cigarettes smoke and it got worst every day. And then they aloud someone to smoke week next to us so every time I walked out my door I had to smell that and it was making my room smell like that I stayed in room 220 Super nice workers every time we had to go to the front desk they was the best!!!
Just bad Bad area. Homeless people in stairwell. No room cleaning. Had to get towels and soap from the front desk.

Big Room 1st of all construction was going on. The pool area was absolutely ridiculous! It smell horrible! Not properly lighting it was very deem. I wouldn’t allow my dogs to swim in it. Our bed was like sleeping on cardboard! It was the most uncomfortable bed ever. The AC didn’t work properly. We woke up hot & sweating. Needed working elevator, no pothole, pool would have used if not hot. One elevator of two out of order, we were on top floor, increased our waiting time for elevator, The water in the swimming pool was not cool or refreshing, it was hot. The only entrance from the south side had a very big pothole that could not be avoided, if hit going very fast it could easily damage your car, luckily we saw and slowed down. Breakfast was average, just like all other hot breakfasts at hotels, nothing stood out, nothing.
The cleanliness needs improving 3/4 rating and the staff was very kind, and courteous, rating 4/5. Could have been cleaner. I found that the bedding comforter were dirty. I took them to the front desk had them exchanged took the fresh new washed and dried back to room. The staff was great, very polite and the manager gave me a discount. I would go back because the customer service was great.
Danger There were enter at your own risk signs everywhere. It was kinda sketchy. I understand maybe they have construction going on but after a long day with kids and everything the last ring we wanted was to worry about that. It was kind of a mess to deal with. Especially knowing the elevator was enter at your own risk! If I had known I wouldn’t have stayed. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathrooms they were clean and water pressure is good. Staff was nice
Fair The thermostat in the room was not working the room was very cold. And elevator button was not in service had to call front desk to click the button.
