Very Poor
Disappointed. Was expecting much more from La Quinta... The breakfast items were cold (eggs, sausage). The AC in the room wasn't cooling properly. Close to retail shopping and restaurants. Easy access to a major interstate highway.
Good breakfast but the place needs maintenance Facility shows a lot of neglect . For instance landscaping has been allowed to completely die. If they don't want to maintain it they should pave all of the beds with concrete. air conditioning blows right on the desk chair which gives you the choice of freezing or roasting. Breakfast was unusually good especially the biscuits and gravy. The staff were nice and came for a visit.
Bad They didn’t tell me they had folks working on the floor! So I woke up to loud music and noise drilling holes banging things on wall. They didn’t tell me the fitness was out of order. Small critters not sure were they came from ! I was over it so left before check out. Snacks was nice

Fair It just wasn’t real clean and for the money doesn’t compare to other hotels we have stayed at for less. They charge u for incidentals then don’t refund right away since we didn’t use anything or charge anything. The bed had a stain on sheets. The hot tub was cold water. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, was ok. The pool was warm water? It was odd. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the best part, but the juice machine wasn’t turned on. They kept saying things would be running tomorrow
Disappointing The designated area for the dogs to potty needed to be mowed. I almost fell in a hole covered with grass. The entire building is under construction and some amenities were unavailable. The water pressure for the shower was low and the room A/C would sometimes shut off. The guests in the room above ours could be heard all night. Our room was clean. It is a very dog friendly facility.
Bad Under construction all throughout the building even in one of the rooms I stayed on the 2nd floor the carpet was removed on some spots. The smell was not pleasant, the coffee and breakfast space was dirty. Underneath the juice machine even it was shut off there was nasty dry water. The front door windows, big carts and elevators dirty fingers prints all over and the floor on the first floor where filthy. Nice hotel was ruined by non management of problem guests. Guests next door came back to their room about 2:30 a.m. Loud talking and music. Called the front desk 3 times. Loud noise and talking still going on at 4 a.m. These people should have been thrown out or police called. Trying to get sleep before 10 hours of driving the next day. Just ridiculous!
