Disappointing
Fair There was construction at the hotel during the entire stay. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the booking sites and no discount was offered. The pool was closed the entire stay because of the construction and the guest dryers in the laundry facility was not working properly. The housekeeping Staff was amazing! They were quick, efficient, and paid attention to detail while servicing the room. Dated, uncomfortable, and mold smell throughout hallways The outside sitting area
Disappointing Our closet was broken and fell on my husband as soon as we arrived. The cover as well as the main shield on the ac fell off within the first two minutes. The pool was beyond strong and hurt several people’s eyes in the pool area. Pool was out of towels and when we asked for extra room towels they were out. Breakfast was east and had a lot of options. The hotel itself was very nice and I love the 24 hour coffee. Checkin was pretty easy.
Good stay all in all just got the wrong room. Don’t have any idea if this is the hotels fall or booking.com‘s fault. Specifically requested a king suite meaning a door closing off the bedroom from the living area. Instead it was all one room. The worst part is that I called a few weeks in advance and talk to someone on the phone at the hotel to be sure we had that type of king room. I was answered yes! Then we walked into the room and low and behold it is not what I wanted. Unfortunately the hotel could not change it for us.... read more
sucks everything Nothing place sucks
It was what I needed in a pinch but not the quality of hotel I prefer. The entire facility from the lobby, pool room, to the hotel rooms did not smell clean. Then hotel itself looked pleasant, decorated nicely and nice staff.

It was a place to stay. Poor water pressure, uncomfortable bed, and location was difficult to navigate.
