Fair The door would stick to our room, and when asked about it, they didn't seem to care much. The top floor evaluator button doesn't work, so you have to push both buttons and hope it comes up. This Hotel needs a lot of updating . The room did seem clean.
Don’t think I’ll stay there again. What I didn’t like about the property is that none of the doors work except for the main entrance It is a nice area. Has a nice area outside to just chill on
Poor
Awful awful awful. Everything in the room was dysfunctional. The A/C pumped out HEAT only. The “bed” that was supposed to fit my two kids was the worst pull out couch I’ve ever felt and was only a twin. Even my 8 year old cried on it from the springs pressing into their back. The coffee maker made a half cup of coffee and then broke. Nothing
Fair The builing and room just looks dusty nothing dirty but not much upgrade on builing. And the forth floor has a funny smell .
Close to DIA but in need of basic maintenance The property is getting pretty run-down and in need of maintenance. Example: the elevator call buttons on our floor didn’t work. We got stuck on the floor. Proximity to Denver airport
Very very poor stay There were used wet towels in the room which were replaced by the front desk staff which were in tatters with frayed corners. Seriously this is totally unacceptable. Photos can be provided The pillows had spiky feathers or something poking out. There was only one little bar is soap and a tiny shampoo bottle for 2 of us. Housekeeping sucks. Nothing much except for the convenient airport shuttle service
It was fair but will probably not book here again. The hot water turned cold when you changed the valve to the shower, none of the card key entries of the building worked, and the card keys had to be reactivated every time we went back to our rooms. It was clean and a few minutes from the airport.
Very Poor Our room type was oversold, so we were downgraded to a room too small for us, despite advising in advance our arrival time would be late. Arriving at night with children and tired, this was poor service. Breakfast was abysmal. Broken, lifted floor tiles in the lift. The indoor pool. Restaurant next door is good. The staff were friendly.
