Fine Elevator buttons broken so it wasn't usable. Breakfast was very limited and super crowded- not enough stations for a hotel of this size. Key cards for the room didn't always work. TV turns itself off intermittently. Location convenient
Toilet leaked. Never fixed while we were there. BAD More help for breakfast. Keep counter staff out front where they can actually help you. Counter help was always in back room. Would have to stand at counter and wait for service. Again a staffing problem?? Was OK, but no help. Tables never got cleaned or wiped off once the entire breakfast period. The young lady was working well to keep the food and drinks available, but needs help to keep clean between guests.

Vermeiden indien mogelijk Het personeel was extreem onvriendelijk en er zat schimmel in het zwembad. Ook was mijn credit card nodig voor het bevestigen van de accommodatie. Toen ik in de hotel kamer aankwam was er 141,75 dollar afgeschreven en toen ik dit na ging vragen kreeg ik een heel vaag verhaal. Ik moet het nog terug krijgen. Ook was het ontbijt extreem karig en waren de bedden in de kamers anderhalf persoons en niet 2 persoons zoals wel aangegeven was. Het hotel lag dicht bij het vliegveld met een fijne shuttel

Really disappointed in reception girl Reception girl when I arrived was rude , unhelpful and dreadful , the cleaners were lovely and far more helpful and the morning staff lovely . No room to sit for breakfast and no time to eat the awful breakfast before we had to leave Most staff were so helpful

Disappointing However, once we got off the elevator, the hallway had a weird smell, and the bedroom did too. The sheets were itchy, and the bathroom looked like it had mold growing. The front office employees were friendly, and the lobby looked well-maintained.
Disappointing Cleaner Better pillows, updated Dirty, ojtdated room. tv did not work in either room.
