Okay 5th floor had a pipe break and smelled like sewage the night we arrived. I know you can't control this type thing, but it wasn't a pleasant odor. Just bad timing I guess. My wife spoke to the desk clerk, who explained the situation politely.....but it stank to high heaven. Nice hotel
Good value close to Denver airport. The was an odd chemical smell in the hallway on our floor. There was only one staff member on duty at 5:00 AM when we arrived in the lobby for a quick bite to eat before leaving for the airport. The woman was doing her best to get breakfast laid out, but kept getting interrupted to wait on customers at the check-in/out desk. We waiting until 5:30, but had to leave. Terrible airport shuttle; good manager Airport shuttle never showed up. We waited over an hour. Finally we split a cab with another waiting guest. Both of us had called the hotel about it. Manager quickly gave credit to us to compensate for a problem with the shuttle bus

Freundliches Personal, trotz Flughafennähe ruhig, komfortabel Computersystem war abgestürzt weshalb alles lange dauerte. Aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten gab man uns das Zimmer umsonst!

Average The bathrooms were outdated & mildew all around the tile. The choice for breakfast were limited & not any healthy options. The rooms & the lobby area. Also liked the shuttle to & from the airport.
