Fair Me dieron un cuarto que estaba ocupado y estaba alguien adentro
bad staff
Disappointing Had to change rooms twice because the A/C didn't work. The desk clerk said he would be right back with the new key cards and he totally forgot us. I had to leave the wife in the room to watch everything while I went to the front desk to get the new key card and while I was there he went walking by and I asked him what was up and he stated he totally forgot us. Is this guys attention span really that short? Location
Clean and Comfortable but lacking Breakfast was done horrible. You know how busy you are.... You should have 2 serving stations. Only 1 waffle iron was working leaving you in line for 10+ min. For a waffle. Very limited food options. Easy access to DEN. Easy check in/out. Room was ready and clean
Nasty, unaccommodating front desk personnel who did not offer assistance after giving away our room The front desk, specifically the assistant general manager We notified the hotel that we were flying in from Los Angeles and our flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. After waiting at the shuttle stop at DIA for a half hour, I called La Quinta. Brianna said she tried to conta... read more
I will most likely not come back. breakfast was not good. very little selections, looked dirty. the room doors and handles need to be fixed. many people complained about their door handles not working. the keys didn't work either. The TV's didn't work well either, very few of the local channels worked. the courtyard. the beds were clean. The hot tub was nice. I really can't think of anything else you did well. It felt like you were understaffed too.
Terrible. The door to our room didn’t work properly. The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom. The hotel overall is very dark and dingy. There was mold in the pool area. Other guests were loud, running at hallway, slamming doors at night keeping us up. dogs are allowed in the hotel so you could hear barking all night, when I approach the manager at the front desk about the cleanliness of our room nothing was done. Staff are rude. I could go on and on. Very disappointed experience definitely not worth paying one... read more
Not happy and to think that I will need to come back here again for one more night , I certainly do not look forward to Try house keeping is terrible. You have to request for housekeeping and when they eventually show up , they only change the tissues and the towels and don’t clean the room or make the beds Its location is convenient to the airport
