Do not stay here! It was the worst hotel I’ve ever had to endure. Mold and mud (in the form of built up dirt in corners) around perimeter of walk-in shower. Air conditioner squeaked and sounded like a dying bus all night long. Location
Don't waste your money or your time. Book it yourself. Additional parking fees that we were told all airport hotels charge, but these signs or additional fees were only at the Wyndham hotels, house keeping every three days, so I had to ask for additional towels, toilet paper and garbage pick up, their room keys would sporadically work, general disrepair, the breakfast was the same every day and it was bland and bad. Fair There was no luggage cart so had to make 4 trips back and forth. Breakfast was terrible. Room 114 needs maintenance - poor toilet, poor shower, missing door knob on door, etc. Staff were great
No pride in this suite. The bathroom was horrible. Toilet was really low to the floor. Shower was disgraceful. It appeared there used to be shower doors which had been removed and a bar put up for a curtain. There was a couple very large cracks in the shower, there was no place for you to put your soap, shampoo or body wash. The curtain barely made it to the bottom. We much preferred our stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Denver Tech Center, 20 minutes out Had to pay an extra $10 for parking. Staff seemed not to care at all. Door keys barely worked, there were no available channels on tv and couldn’t use the apps, and doors were FAR from sound proof. Smells horrible and elevator was creaky and scratched up.
Bad Customer service was absolutely horrible unfriendly and rude room was very dusty and didnt seem clean especially the vent in the bathroom and the heating/air conditioner was also very dusty couldnt turn it on I couldn't sleep my asthma flared up the most uncomfortable stay ever no turn-down service had to retrieve towels and toilet paper and the guy was so annoying and rude breakfast was horrendous and definitely not fresh its like they reheated the sausage worst stay ever the hallways smelled of mildew or mold will neve... read more
