Cold asf no heat The heat didn't work. It was cold asf, No hot water and the TV volume didn't work It was clean

stay away until they get their act together human feces on sheets, which when replaced, we had to make bed. plus no breakfast served. what a poor hotel. location is convenient but there are many options

Bad Another guest car was stolen out the parking lot. Valerie and her manager were terrible. They showed no concern to her car being gone. They said they do not have cameras to see why. "It just happens". I thought was a safe location since not far from Gaylord Hotel.

Disappointed! I had to move to 2 different rooms because of the heater was making a loud noise. the second room heater wasn’t working. the staff was great and finally had a room that was comfortable. the location and the price.
Bad When you walk into the hotel, the whole place smells like strong sewage, even your room. It was awful. Beds and pillows were hard and we barely slept because of the smell. Thankfully, we only stayed one night, but I wouldn’t recommend. There’s several other hotels around this area that are probably much more comfortable.
