Great location and staff, disappointing facilities The breakfast was just ok, but the bigger reason for the lower rating was that we had to move rooms because we did not have hot water. That would have been fine if the new room we moved to was good, but the new room's faucet wobbled/was not secure, and the TV's channels were not correct (i.e. when you would click channel 5, it would not show the info, and would jump to another channel). Average At the reception, the lady was not very welcoming. She did not display any friendliness and appeared rather stern. Additionally, the deposit required was significantly higher than at other hotels, and it took a full week to be released. The breakfast provided was quite average, and it seemed that powdered eggs were used to make the scrambled eggs. Bad I paid for a king deluxe suite with a pull out couch. When I got to the hotel, I asked if any 2 queen beds with a coach were available because online it was sold out. The lady said yes, I can do that for you. Awesome. When I got to the room, it was just 2 queen beds. I went back down to the desk and explained it was just 2 queen beds and no pull out she said oh sorry I'm new." I asked a co-worker where he said we are all sold out. Stayed 1 night to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was clean. Shuttle service a+ The shower would not cut off to run through the bathtub faucet . The shower head you couldn’t adjust it pulled out of the wall. The refrigerator in the room did not work. We did ask them to fix it but it didn’t work Close to the air port. Very friendly staff Walking distance to food etc
Don't book your stay here Everything else. Rude staff. No answers. No room service and when we call for help the staff acts lile they don't care. Breakfast things ran out of stock before the breakfast timing ended. Horrible experience Just the space
