It was decent but for the price I expected more. Hot tub was not working, very disappointed being this is why we decided to stay here. And staff didn’t tell us this when we checked in. Rooms were clean but shower could have been cleaner. Comfortable bed and large room.
There was blood on the sheets on one of the beds, and the other bed sloped down at the head and had torn sheets. Having to pay for parking Close to airport
Horrible experience, breakfast was absolutely horrible, consistently out of every item including plates. No only did I b For 3 nights I had to go get new cards on 7 different occasions because and I quote “we’re broke due to a flood and can’t update our system” The water pressure was very intense which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Not happy at all Not only did I pay to stay there I also was told I had to pay to park… $10 a day and the hotel right next door did not have this fee. The hotel has a sewer smell. I called front desk and ask why and they told me “ it’s because it’s built over the airport sewer line”. So I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Also the hot tub was broke. The breakfast was very plane. Not that great
Schulnote 4 - 5 (ausser Shuttle)... Mangelnde Sauberkeit in allen Räumen (Staub). Fehlener Haartrockner. Benutztes Handtuch... Stets wiederkehrende laute Geräusche von einer Pumpe (Pool oder Laundry) bis spät in die Nacht und auch am frühen Morgen wieder! Nähe zum Flughafen und sehr guter Shuttle Service
Bad They charge me double left me in a bind nobody wanted to help me and they were rude even the manger, the room dripped water all night no couch in room like it said elevator was broken it was horrible stay never again. The distance to airport
I will not come back! Could not get a shuttle to airport timely. Had to arrive 3 hrs before flight. One elevator was broken. Single woman given room on 1st floor. No change could be made at front desk.big stains in rooms carpet & bedspreads did not match.
Never stay here again Pay to park at the hotel, room keys didn’t work a number of times- had to exchange 3 times, fitness equipment were out of order, whirlpool switch was out of order, breakfast items ran out with no refill , back door entrance for nighttime was broken so someone decided to wedge a piece of cardboard- poor security. Two of three bathroom stalls were out of order in lobby bathroom Not sure we liked anything
Disappointing They failed the 2 main things I expected from an airport hotel. First, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable ones I've ever slept in. There were lots of points where it felt like I was sleeping on a spring. Second, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Close to airport easy shuttle ride setup and execution.
