Fair Whilst nice and clean it still looked run down and not well maintained eg some fixtures broken, torn wall paper in the elevator. The free shuttle to the airport, was nice clean. Walking distance to some restaurants.

Disappointing and will not stay again. The shuttle service was absolutely horrible! We arrived on June 5th to park our car at the property. We waited for over an hour for a shuttle to the airport. The manager arranged for a Lyft to come pick us up. Fortunately our flight was delayed, otherwise we would have missed our flight. We flew back to Denver on the 9th. There are many choices nearby. I wouldn't recommend this one. The elevator was out of order. Key card access to outside entry doors didn't work. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely lacking. Ran out of eggs over 45 minutes before breakfast was over. Very few choices. Not much.

It was a little disappointing. Took multiple times for keycards to open doors, had to get reset a couple of times, staff said doors were old. Was not just our rooms, other guests were having same problem. Had to ask for housekeeping. And had to ask for towels very day. Breakfast was very limited, and on weekdays closed at 8 instead of 9 or 10. Good location, pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were clean on checkin.
Eh. I think the place just needs a remodel. We had to get our room keys reset almost everytime we left the hotel and retuned, the shower never got above lukewarm water, the pillows were super flat and feathery which is super uncomfortable.. I could see leftover stains on the sheets customer service could’ve been better. Overall not the most comfortable stay for the price & will most likely not ever return to this location.
Enough has been said. We were told to be downstairs at 6 o’clock a.m. for the shuttle. We arrived promptly at 6 o’clock. Shuttle had left. Clerk called the bus driver to see if he could come back to pick us up. He said no, he had already gone too far. It was 6:03 at that point. The clerk was of no help whatsoever, and there we were left and not knowing what to do and attempting to get to the airport. It is the only reason we stayed at that hotel airport in the morning.
