Fair The breakfast was terrible - we’ve stayed at this la Quinta many times and have counted on good breakfasts - this time cold fake scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sweet rolls, out of yogurt- Close to airport. Liked our room on the first floor. However it faced Quebec St and was noisy from 5 am on.
Surprised at the poor quality of the room Way too expensive. $10/day just to park. Dark hallways, like a haunted house. My room had lights that didn't work, broken AC with what looked like a temporary window unit that couldn't keep the room cool in October, refrigerator that was warm, cracks all over the bathroom, a tiny little TV with locked out HDMI ports so I couldn't plug my Switch into it, and strange banging noises at all hours of the night. Bad Could not take a shower and I had to fly out that morning with no shower and so did my daughter Friendly staff
Room was ok, shuttle service needs serious improvement. The biggest issue was the airport shuttle. The shuttle needs to be something that you can count on to run as scheduled. When we checked in we were told to reserve our time on the shuttle. We did. 7AM was reserved. We arrived at 6:55AM. Not seeing a shuttle out the front door we went to the front desk to ask where we should find the shuttle. We were told out the front door. Went there again to find no shuttle. Mauvais souvenir, essayez la concurrence, elle ne manque pas Personnel d'accueil froid, indifférent, pas compétent ou ne souhaitant pas essayer de l'être. Parking payant géré par T-Park à partir d'un QR-Code. Or cela fonctionne mal, de là une réclamation pour prélèvements indus qui nous coûtaient plus cher que l'hôtel ! Disappointing Our vehicle was broken into and our luggage was stolen. Front desk staff didn't seem to care and was not helpful. Nice room and was clean
Room was ok but place needs maintenance and lighted parking lot. There were NO lights on in the parking lot all night long. We had trouble with our room door and had to go down to the front desk 3 times. Someone finally came up to the room with us. The room was nice and comfortable.
Poor TVs would not turn off in the room. staff was called and they could not turn off the TV. They made us move. they tried to get us move to a smaller room (5 person family). breakfast kinda yucky good location looks nice on the outside and most of the inside
Just ok. No cups. Room was clean but not restocked. Parking said to pay. After struggling with app to do that and failing, I went inside to get help and she said no need to pay. Soft bed
