A big frustration. Your website mentioned a 24-hour shuttle service, which is false. Service starts at 4ish a. m. I needed to be at the airport by 3:15 a. m. I live abroad and had neither an Uber nor a Lyft app, which I had to download and configure that same moment in order to schedule a ride. The ride added another $30 to my stay at Wyndham. Bad We were told there would be breakfast burritos. Went down for breakfast, no burritos ran out by eight so how many did they have to begin with. You charge enough money for your rooms. You should have enough of what your offering for every guest and then some. Stop using the pandemic as an excuse to not have breakfast as you advertise.
Disappointing no room on the shuttle that morning to get us to the airport

Will never stay here again So went to do laundry since we were traveling for 10 days. Started it at 430 pm on Wednesday. Laundry door got stuck when I went to get it out of dryer. Front desk not able to get it opened and maintenance guy already gone. Not until 9 pm when i inquired again did they tell me they had called it in and the guy would be in at 6am the next morning.
