Disappointing There were quite a few hair in the bathtub. Some cobwebs also. The cleaning was below par. Convenient to DIA. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly.
It was just okay My room key, a card key, kept not working every afternoon, which was a pain, and finally after a different staff member gave me the cleaning card, it worked. My room was not visited by housekeeping for the first two days of my stay, which meant that my trash did not get emptied and the coffee set up in the room was not refilled. Disappointing Paper thin walls. No lotion Location and cost
Dirty room and hallways. Half the lights in the hallway of the floor I was staying on weren't workin Room was dirty and the common areas were in disrepair Nothing
It sucked! Cleanliness in all areas, price exorbitant. The bathroom was dirty, as were the sheets! The sheets were extremely thin on the bed and had to use blanket Instead, not warm enough.
Horrible. Will never stay at a La Quinta hotel again. Dirty sheets-told them and had to strip the bed and change them ourselves, spa wouldn’t work, key cards deactivated everyday and they wouldn’t fix it, we just had to go to the desk every time we left and came back to get new key cards, no room cleaning services all four days, tv kept resetting channels every 5 minutes-would change from station you’re watching, staff was rude. Location - close to airport.
Very Poor
Adequate There was no soap in the bathroom only shampoo/cond and a cond. I had to ask at the front desk for soap and a list of where I could eat dinner. Breakfast had no toaster, only one waffle iron worked. The room was clean and comfortable.
