I will not stay there again The communications between the staff and the guests I got there on sat dec 9th, I checked in and shortly after when I was about to leave to go get something to eat, there was a strong smell of gas in the hallways I went to front desk and she was calling 911, within about 1-2 mins the fire department was pulling in, there was an apparent gas leak, we went to eat and came back and they were gone, Sunday early afternoon my boyfriend was leaving and over heard another guest being told That there was n... read more
Dirty floors and no hot water made for a bad experience. No hot water. Jacuzzi in pool area broken. Doors to bathroom did not latch or lock. Pet food on the floor in bedroom but we didn’t have pets. Room size, comfortable bed
Worst experience in all categories customer service facilities breakfast. The entire property!!! This property needs major improvements!!!!! Worst hotel experience in 30 years Hidden fees. Nothing is explained. Unhelpful staff. Rude manager. We had NO HOT WATER throughout our stay. Room service only comes every 3 days (which we didn’t know, weren’t told) so we requested it and they still never came. Had to stay in dirty room and throwing out the trash twice a day and go to the lobby for more toiletries. They charge to park your car as if it’s some 5 star hotel with covered garage and security. Bad No hot water
worn out. Door lock: had to swipe 5 - 8 times to get a green. And then pulling the lever (doorknob) down didn't open it. It has to go up. (after another 6 swipes) I didn't discover that until after going down to the front desk to get new keycards. There was no hot water. The TV sputtered a crackled. The blanket on the bed was thin - I didn't sleep well
