Very Poor Our door to our room malfunctioned. We informed the desk clerk around 7-8 and he assured us that the maintenance guy would be coming to fix it but never showed up. Our room was left unsecured while my family slept. We never received our 4 am wake up call but once we were up I informed the new clerk of the issue and he told me that the gentleman before him knew that the maintenance crew left at 5pm. Parking area

Fair The beds were too small and it really wasn’t a comfortable night overall. It was conveniently located to the airport

Very bad stay Given a room on the 7th that had not been cleaned yet maid still in room TV did not work hotel had been flooded before we got there and smelled bad. Stayed on the 7th going was to stay was to stay on the 9th coming back but the service was so bad and the room so bad we canceled at check out on the was out on the 7th. I was still charged for the room on the 9th. Will never book with booking.com or this hotel chain again.

Worst hotel stay of our lives. We said at this location on the 7th they had a flood sometime before that and there were air driers running all over the hotel. They sent us to a room that was not clean, the maid was in the room when we got to it and she could not speak English. The TV did not work and the bath room door would not close. We canceled room for the 9th (on our way back) the next morning on the way out at the front desk but were still charged for it. nothing

bad experience, may have been out of their control, but no compensation considered or offered upon arrival, hotel lobby wet/damp wall-to-wall carpet from prior water sprinklers going off. Loud, huge dryers airing everything out and it smelt musty. fire alarms went off next morning at 6:03 a.m. and forced everyone outside in pajamas! I understand things happen, but not one staff person came out and said anything to us, no apology and nothing offered to make things better or get us to return. nothing worth mentioning
