I will never book with La Quinta at the DIA Colorado location again. The key cards didn't work well, had a hard time getting into the room, and required multiple cards with multiple attempts, The elevator smelled of sewage, the hallway smelled of sewage, the toilet seat in the room was only partially bolted down with the screw on the floor. The in-door hot tub was not working and the water was cloudy. Sad, will not recommend. No food at 8:27 totally cleaned up. We were told till 9am. Very disappointing and wrong. We had to go to McDonald's down the block.. We were told 5-9 we went down at 8:27 and there was nothing there. It was totally no food at all. We saw a girl cleaning tables, she saw us and turned around like didn't want us to ask her anything. Very disappointing .

Unappealing. Noise control was poor due to thin walls and people being inconsiderate. Asking hotel staff to have the noisy groups quiet down ( at 4am) wad not appealing. Worse was when it was ineffective. The food in the morning was atrocious. All together not a great value at all. I Would have done better sleeping at the airport terminal. The staff were quick. Somewhat chatty and not particularly effective but quick.

Horrible I reserved a room with two beds for me and my family. Arrived and without notice, they put me and my family in a suite with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. When I questioned them, they stated they overbooked the rooms, and was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t refund my money for the stay. Nothing, didn’t give me the room I had reserved and paid for
second night/room was better. There was hand soap and shampoo, clean towels and stocked toilet paper and tissues. Be Stayed for two nights - first night/room wasnt the best. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed no hand soap, half used toilet paper roll, half used tissue box, 3 dirty towels, toilet was half decent and the beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Convenient location
