Disappointing Tub was running and it would not shut off. The heat was very loud when it turned on and shut off. We booked this room because we wanted to use the pool and hot tub but could'nt because they were closed. breakfast was good
Mal servicio Pésimo servicio del personal. Se equivocaron de habitacion y aunque el error fue de ellos me toco pagar excedente por acceder a una cama adicional. La cama adicional horrible. Dormí sobre los resortes. Jamás volveré
Disappointed We traveled with children. I requested and it was confirmed by email that our rooms would be next to each other. They were not. I chose your hotel because of proximity to the airport and because you had a swimming pool for the kids. The pool was not operational. The entire hotel had a bad odor. Front desk gave me a small rate reduction.
Most likely won't stay here again. We've stayed in better La Quintas. We were upgraded to a suite, but disappointed it only had one bed. Our daughter and son-in-law had to sleep on a pull out. Left before breakfast
Bad Molestia de lkegar y no hayar la reserva Tengo problemas con esta reservación del dia 29 de enero, se me está haciendo cargo a tarjeta y no hubo disponibilidad en hotel. Requiero se haga la devolución al banco por favor. Asi musmo deben tener comunicación con hoyel ya que ustedes hicieron reserva y ellos no tenían disponibilidaf. Espero su pronta respuesta

It was ok till I got sick from cat poop. I had an issue with my room and the Manager did not even come out to face me. It was clean. Until I found cat poop in between Ny bed and nightstand.
Disappointing The smell coming from the common area. Foul smells all throughout the lobby and separate floors. I liked the layout of the room
horrible my car was stolen there is no security nor video on the property nothing
