Disappointing During our six-day stay, they never cleaned the room. They never collected trash, made beds, or cleaned bathrooms. When I asked at the front desk, the response was: "If you need toilet paper, come and ask" (which is very bad). The breakfast is VERY average; the eggs taste like sand. It's pretty average. The room is comfortable, the beds are fine.
I wouldn't stay in this facility again until major improvements are made. Breakfast was terrible. Same thing day after day. I heard many other guests make the same complaint. The facility ran out of tea. I was told it was on order. The manager should have gone to a local store and purchased some. The lids on the cups were ill-fitting. Since my room didn't have a clock radio, I overslept a couple of days. When I complained to the manager, she said they were on order but didn't know when they'd arrive. Bad Well, for number one the TV was all static. You could even see the picture. The refrigerator sounded like it was gonna take off like a rocket through the ceiling. Add the next door neighbors or across the hall somewhere Haller scream cried knocked on the door begging pleaded for somebody to open it all night long. Kids ran in the hallway. It was horrible.
