Rude and Unprofessional Staff! The woman who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional, she acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there checking in. Later when my wife went down to ask for sheets for the pull out she made up an excuse and made it seem like it was the end of the world that we would ask for that. Bad Found blood in the sheets. We ended up renting a second room for the kids to stay in for 1 night. We arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to enjoy Denver. We got back pretty late so the kids went to sleep right away only to discover in the morning there was blood under the pillow of the bed he sleep in all night. I had checked out of the room before the kids came down and after he told me about the blood. I called the front desk right away and talked to a man ( who turned out to be the manager) about it. Bad NOTHING!!! Dirty,Staff was very rude, Breakfast was Nothing at all to look forward too. Apple,waffles and oatmeal. Nothing I requested was fulfilled, floor was dirty in my room, bedding was dirty, cig burns,stains and dog hair all over, lights were burned out, feces in the toilet, dusty, could Not get my bed cleaned or room and when I requested with the Manager Tom it was Not done when I returned to my room. Not the best experience The woman who checked us in was complaining to a coworker when I walked in, she was loudly complaining about a guest. It was very unprofessional. Breakfast-I’ve stayed at many La Quinta and they don’t have hot breakfast right now…understandable. This particular location had barely anything. No cereal, no milk, no juice, the hard boiled eggs were in a Tupperware container in the fridge not placed out in a container like usual. It was pretty bleak.
