The building needs to be renovated over the years. It is taken a toll. Also the price is outrageous. The breakfast was OK but not exceptional I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It needs to be renovated. It is getting old and has taken a beating.

I did not think the hotel was worth 183.00 for the 1 night. The property had overflowing trash cans in the parking lots and outside areas. The site was by I 25 in Denver which had noise all night. I was allowed to check in early

This property has major potential, needs work, sad. Trash all around property. My key didn’t work all the time, had to get it activated 3 different times. Room smelled like dog. Front Desk Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but opened 20 minutes past posted hours.

disappointing Breakfast was lacking in my opinion. Certain items were not available or were not refilled in a timely manner. My biggest problem was that our room was never cleaned or the trash emptied in the 4 days of our stay, even after it was mentioned at the front desk. location

I never had any issues before, but will never stay again. I was right next to the interstate and had the pleasure of listening to sport bikes and cars fly by my room at 200mph all night. The worst part and why I rated this hotel as low as I did. There was human feces smeared across the front of the toilet bowl. I was completely disgusted. I took a picture, but I don’t think it is appropriate for me to post. The lobby was clean and modern

Guter Durchschnitt mit Schwächen Ein absolutes Hundehotel - sogar am Pool waren Gäse mit Hunden. Wie sooft sind nicht die Tiere das Problem sondrern die Besitzer. Die Lage ist okay, das Personal an der Rezeption jedoch teilweise überfordert. frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse passabel - aber stark abhängig vom jeweils anwesenden Servicepersonal - die Lady mit dem Pferdeschwanz macht einen super Job...

Very disappointed for the money we paid. Bed was sagging and very uncomfortable. The shower floor was very slippery and potentially dangerous. Doors up and down the hall slamming shut, and it sounded very loud. There was a corporate IHOP sign attached to the LA Quinta sign. It was new and illuminated. But, I couldn't find an actual IHOP restaurant anywhere near here. Friendly staff. It was clean.

A good value, great for pet owners but not maintained well enough for all the pets that stay there All the pets peeing everywhere and the beds were soft…. Also we asked for the room to get new sheets but that never happened Low price
