Bad A lot of dogs in the hotel. Strong smell of pets in the hallway. The dogs barked all day and night long. They told us that no pets were at the 4th floor, but in the rooms around us they had dogs that barked during the night. The property didn't meet my expectations being pet friendly.

Fair The Air condition doesn’t really get cold and we paid so much money to enjoy our trip but the hotel is not really comfortable to sleep in. Specially if you like to snuggle under the blanket, you’ll feel hot and start sweating at night and keeps you waking up in between. Also we had a male housekeeper that cleaned our room one day and one of our watches was gone. Disappointing Well.... I checked in Friday, and my room didn't get cleaned until Monday. Some crazy lady cussed me out twice in the courtyard outside of the lobby. Get new sheets. No one wants to see stains on a hotel bed. Another great idea would be adding some weather strip, or something similar, to the room doors to add a little sound absorption, I can hear every TV in each room. Bad They charged me 3x for a 2 night stay still charging me they just run your card without asking

Okay. It's not soundproof. I can even heard what the couple was doing at 3:30am in the next room...... Another night I could hear the TV in next room.
